Artist-Led Products & Services
Artzy Henna offers handmade artwork, hand-painted gifts, personalized creative pieces, Henna and Jagua body-art services and other artist-created products.
Products and appointments are handled with individual attention, and many items are handmade, hand-painted, custom created or produced in limited quantities.
ONLINE ORDERS
Orders & Checkout Information
By placing an order, you agree that the information supplied during checkout is accurate and complete.
Artzy Henna reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when circumstances such as suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory or other unforeseen issues prevent the order from being completed.
If Artzy Henna cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Product Information & Natural Variation
Every reasonable effort is made to describe products accurately and display colors as closely as possible.
Because many Artzy Henna products are handmade or hand-painted, slight variations in color, brush strokes, placement and design details may occur. These differences are part of the individual character of handmade work.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
Shipping costs, handling times, carriers and estimated delivery information are explained separately in the Artzy Henna Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, custom products and order issues are governed by the Return & Refund Policy . Please review that policy before placing an order.
HENNA & JAGUA SERVICES
Walk-Ins & Appointment Reservations
Walk-ins are welcome for Henna and Jagua body-art services at the Artzy Henna studio in Mableton, Georgia. Availability may vary depending on current clients, scheduled appointments and the type of design requested.
Customers who choose to reserve a regular Henna or Jagua appointment are subject to the reservation process described in the Reservation Policy .
The Reservation Policy explains appointment deposits, confirmation, cancellations, rescheduling and remaining service balances for reserved appointments.
Promotional services, including the $5 Wednesday Henna & Jagua Temporary Tattoo Special, may have separate conditions displayed with that specific service.
By receiving a body-art service or reserving an appointment, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions for the service you select.
WEBSITE ACCOUNTS
Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account where available to simplify shopping and review order information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
