Every Artzy Henna order is personally prepared with care. This policy explains processing times, shipping costs, carriers, tracking and delivery for physical products purchased through our online shop.

Thank you for visiting Artzy Henna and supporting independent handmade artwork. Every order is personally prepared with care, and many products are individually hand-painted or custom created.
We currently ship physical products throughout the United States. The information below explains what you can expect after placing an order.

Free Standard Shipping
Artzy Henna offers FREE Standard Shipping on product orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Estimated shipping transit time is generally 3–5 business days after the order has been prepared and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of holidays, weather, carrier delays or other conditions outside our control.
BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS
Handling Time
Because each piece is handmade or hand-finished, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
Larger custom projects or artwork requiring additional production time may need a longer handling period. If additional time is necessary, Artzy Henna will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date.
DELIVERY PARTNERS
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using one of the following carriers:
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS — United States Postal Service
The carrier is selected based on the destination, package requirements and the service expected to provide the most appropriate delivery experience for the order.
OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require additional shipping charges.
Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS READY
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after a shipping label has initially been created.

Artzy Henna cannot be responsible for delays, lost packages or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer during checkout.

While every effort is made to prepare and ship orders promptly, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Other unexpected events

BODY-ART SERVICES
Henna & Jagua Studio Services
This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products purchased through the Artzy Henna online shop. It does not apply to Henna or Jagua body-art services at our studio.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Mableton studio. Customers who choose to reserve an appointment should review the Reservation Policy for information about deposits, confirmation and rescheduling.
