Reservation Policy

Thank you for choosing Artzy Henna. To help us prepare for each appointment and reserve time on the calendar, all private henna appointments require a reservation deposit.

Reservation Deposit

A $20 reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment request.

This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your henna service on the day of your appointment. It is not an extra fee.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The $20 reservation deposit is non-refundable.

This deposit helps reserve your appointment time and covers preparation time, scheduling, and limited appointment availability.

Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment is not confirmed until your reservation deposit has been received and verified.

After you submit an appointment request through the booking calendar, you will receive instructions to complete your reservation deposit.

Payment Timeframe

Please complete your reservation deposit within 24 hours of submitting your appointment request.

If the deposit is not completed within that time, your requested appointment time may be released for another customer.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact Artzy Henna as early as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on the appointment calendar.

Missed Appointments and Cancellations

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to arrive at your scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance for your henna service is due on the day of your appointment after your design is completed.
