Reservation Policy
Thank you for choosing Artzy Henna. Walk-ins are welcome at our Mableton studio. This policy applies when you choose to reserve a regular Henna or Jagua appointment and explains reservation deposits, confirmation, rescheduling and payment expectations.
RESERVING YOUR TIME
A Simple Process for Regular Henna & Jagua Appointments
Regular private Henna and Jagua appointments require a reservation deposit so Artzy Henna can hold your selected appointment time and prepare for your service.
The reservation deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. It is not an additional charge.
IMPORTANT
The standard $20 reservation deposit described on this page applies only when a customer reserves a regular Henna or Jagua appointment. Walk-in services do not require an appointment reservation deposit. Promotional services, including the $5 Wednesday Henna & Jagua Temporary Tattoo Special, may follow separate terms shown with that specific service.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
$20 to Secure a Regular Appointment
A $20 reservation deposit is required to secure a regular Henna or Jagua appointment request.
The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service on the day of your appointment. It is not an extra fee.
DEPOSIT TERMS
Reservation Deposits Are Non-Refundable
The $20 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit reserves appointment time that is being held specifically for you and helps account for scheduling, preparation and limited appointment availability.
CONFIRMATION
When Your Appointment Becomes Confirmed
Submitting an appointment request through the booking calendar does not by itself confirm a regular appointment.
Your appointment is confirmed only after the required reservation deposit has been received and verified.
After submitting your appointment request, you will receive instructions for completing the reservation deposit.
PAYMENT TIMEFRAME
Complete the Deposit Within 24 Hours
Please complete the required reservation deposit within 24 hours of submitting your regular appointment request.
If the deposit is not completed within that timeframe, your requested appointment time may be released and made available to another customer.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Artzy Henna as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on the appointment calendar.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
Missed appointments, late cancellations or failure to arrive at your scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
Please contact Artzy Henna as soon as possible if you know you will be unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
DAY OF SERVICE
Remaining Appointment Balance
The reservation deposit is credited toward the total cost of your regular Henna or Jagua service.
Unless another arrangement has been agreed to, the remaining service balance is due on the day of your appointment after your design has been completed.
